At Beefbar you can discover truly great steak cuts selected by Giraudi Meats. Black Angus from Argentina & USDA Prime, Australian Wagyu and Japanese Kobe beef. Beefbar developed its own patented method of cooking in order to achieve a crispy charred crust by using a secret herb seasoning to seal the steak during the grilling process. We are still not convinced about this "secret" seasoning and the service performance. Everything else is perceived impeccable.
