Located in the old Watney-Combe brewery, Hawksmoor Seven Dials is tucked down a quiet street a few minutes walk between Covent Garden station and Seven Dials.

The entire beef offered comes from cattle who have led a stress-free life and are pasture raised. They are grown slowly in order to reach maturity and the best meat is selected, butchered by hand and dry-aged for 35 days, losing on weight but improving in flavour and tenderness.

Hawksmoor - the place for masterly prepared steak cuts and Sunday roasts from carefully reared British cattle like Hereford, Aberdeen Angus, British Shorthorn and surprisingly Guernsey.
