American Cut Tribeca is a prime steak restaurant located in the heart of New York City's trendy Tribeca neighbourhood created by John Meadow. The restaurant is designed with a classic, upscale atmosphere, featuring plush leather booths and elegant lighting. The menu focuses on classics like Filet Mignon, NY Strip or braised beef short ribs and USDA primary cuts like bone-in Ribeye and Porterhouse. We were also impressed by the offered A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu and the delicious sides such as potato purée „Robuchon“ or spinach with fontina cheese and smoked salt.
Beside the quality of the meat we appreciate the excellent service at American Cut Tribeca.
The cocktail menu is also impressive, featuring a wide range of classic and creative drinks. The bartenders are skilled and attentive, ensuring that each drink is expertly crafted to perfection.
