AG serves not only Sweden's best steaks cuts, they are also one of the leading meat restaurants and meat experts in the world. The team around Johan Jureskog and Klas Ljungquist really understand their craft in every aspect.
By the way - AG is the chemical symbol for silver and the name stems from the fact that this trendy and popular industrial-chic restaurant on Kungsholmen is set in an old silver factory.
On the menu you will find steak cuts from around the world e.g. Angus/Hereford from Argentina, Wagyu from Australia and Japan,USDA Prime from the US, Ayrshire from Scotland and of course carefully reared cattle from the Nordic countries like Sweden and Finland. AG classifies the meat into three categories. Marbling, flavour intensity and tenderness. Therefore they use a scale of 1-12 to make the choice easier for their guests.
