As a newcomer and sister restaurant to Cut Beverly Hills, which has been listed in previous years, we are delighted to be able to list Cut at 45 Park Lane London in our ranking.
Positioned at the very heart of the hotel, CUT at 45 Park Lane is a lively delight. From here you can watch the endlessly fascinating buzz of the lobby, the exciting hum of London beyond the windows and be treated to live performances from some of London’s most renowned artists.At the helm as Executive chef is Elliott Grover, who has run some of London's most prestigious restaurants. Elliott places great emphasis on local produce and maintains close relationships with his suppliers.The menu features a fine and wide selection of Wagyu beef, the best USDA Prime Black Angus as well as local beef from Earl Stonham Farms in Suffolk, alongside signature dishes such as white truffle pappardelle and extraordinarily delicious seasonal salads and sides which make an excellent match to the steak cuts.The extensive wine list curated by Davide Bottoni features a range of carefully selected wines from around the world, with a particular emphasis on California and French vintages.
