Bavette’s Steakhouse is our highest rated restaurant in Las Vegas, listed in our top 10 last year. The menu at Bavette's is primarily focused on wet and dry-aged USDA Prime steak cuts, such as filet mignon, classic ribeye and bone-in New York strip steaks, cooked to perfection using a combination of traditional and modern techniques.
However, the restaurant also offers a range of other dishes, including a delicious seafood plateaux, seasonal salads, and vegetarian options, ensuring that there is something to suit every taste.
Complementing the menu are nearly 200 wine labels from mainly the U.S., France and Italy.
