Beast also offers fantastic cuts from old and retired milk cows from the British Lake district. The convincing quality of the beef comes from a special nutrition programme and the precise individual aging process of each cow.
We had the Beast signature dish - Surf & Turf - consisting of a giant Norwegian King Crab accompanied by a corn finished, bone in US Ribeye from Nebraska.There is also a ambitious wine selection with big name and large format wines, including Lafite, Margaux, Rothschild, Opus One, Sine Qua Non, Masseto and many more.
