A truly exemplary steak restaurant in terms of sourcing, aging and preparation of the offered steak cuts.
Each shift, the responsible chefs select the best and at the top of aging available cuts from the ageing cabinet to place on the daily changing Steak menu. Customers have the choice between e.g. local pasture reared Galloway and corn finished US Black Angus cuts. The beef is dry-aged on site and cut to order.
We have been at all Goodman Restaurants so far and our high expectations were always fulfilled. A really very reliable address when it comes to exceptionally good meat.
