In the restaurant you can feel Javier's DNA every second and the way the meat is prepared and served. 100% Argentinian. The meat comes exclusively from Argentina, using the best cuts of the Aberdeen Angus breed. The offered beef is grass fed and dry-aged for 40 days in the on-site temperature controlled cabinets and grilled over open fire using i.e. white oak and local Argentinian quebracho. What you get at Piantao is a very pure and authentic cut of meat cooked by an expert who knows his craft. The service at Piantao is attentive and efficient, with staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and able to offer recommendations and answer any questions you might have a about the special cuts on the menu.
