American Cut combines bold flavors and a unique style to create American classics, like our house-favorite Chili Lobster and famous Pastrami Ribeye. A mix of tableside preparations, including the Tomahawk Chop flambé and Miyazaki Wagyu, creates a theatrical and colorful interactive dining experience.
