A steakhouse reimagined. Meet Elisa, located in the heart of Vancouver’s Yaletown — a unique take on the signature steakhouse experience featuring a stunning Grillworks Infierno wood-fired grill. It’s in this spirit of hospitality that Elisa offers a dining experience unlike any other. Taking center stage on Elisa’s menu, flame-grilled premium fine cuts from around the world, sustainable seafood, and locally sourced produce are prepared by Executive Chef Andrew Richardson and his team.
The steak cuts at Elisa Steaks come from the best Canadian and international breeders and farms, such as Double R Ranch and Snake River Farms, which ensure the cattle are raised and fed respectfully and sustainably. The steak cuts tasted, which were cooked to perfection, are grilled over local birch, apple and alder wood, give the meat a unique and special flavour which we call terroir.
An impressive wine menu curated by Franco Michienzi can best be showcased in the floor-to-ceiling glass cellar of over 6000+ bottles from both the new and old worlds.
