For the grand reopening of Anahi, Riccardo Giraudi owner and driving force behind Beef Bar and the entire Giraudi restaurant group is creating a surprise by inviting chef Mauro Colagreco to crate and sign the menu. His wish was to offer recipes that celebrate his Argentine culture, history and childhood memories, including the famous Asado.
