50 meters from the Champs-Elysées, La Maison de l’Aubrac is one of the few restaurants devoted to world class beef in Paris.
The Aubrac beef offered on the menu comes directly from the family owned farm of the restaurant. Quality, traceability and transparency play an important role at La Maison de l´Aubrac.
The offered beef is solely NHTC (non hormone treated cattle). The meat of the Aubrac cattle differs fundamentally from that of the corn finished Black Angus cattle offered e.g. in the USA. It contains much less intramuscular fat but convinces about a very honest, pure and tender character and taste.
For us the steaks from the Aubrac breed are a welcome alternative to the styles offered in Argentina, USA and Australia. Aubrac - an authentic piece of culinary France that has its place among the best cattle breeds of the world.
