Our new discovery outside Bergamo in the small village of Osio Sotto in northern Italy. La Braseria by owner and chef Luca Brasi and his constant search for the best raw materials are the foundation of his restaurant. In his authentic and charming Braseria, the best local steak cuts such as Fassona, Reggiana and Scottona Garronese that Italy has to offer are on the menu and are dry-aged in the restaurant which makes a lovely eye catcher. Luca Brasi knows the best breeders in the country and selects his meat personally which makes a big difference to many of his competitors. The steak cuts are perfectly prepared over open fire and are served „comme il faut“ medium rare. Let yourself be surprised by an experienced sommelier regarding the wine selection. Excellent Italian positions beyond the main stream and the well-known big labels. You can also grab a second bottle here, as the Braseria has pretty individually furnished rooms above the restaurant.
