Anahi has this aura of the Parisian life’s myths. Formerly a butcher and charcuterie shop, then an Argentinian restaurant, then the essential landmark of Parisian parties, Anahi came back to life in 2017 thanks to Riccardo Giraudi.
Since he has joint forces with Mauro Colagreco, Anahi offers a great selection of traditional Argentinian cuisine with a strong focus on steak cuts such as Bife Ancho, Chuleton de Buey and Picanha. The meat does not come from Argentina as one would expect but rather from the US, Japan and Australia. Must also try the chimichurri de Luis and the salsa de cebolla.
…Through the menu of the Anahi restaurant, I wanted to propose recipes that transcend the place and its roots in Argentine culture, while celebrating its history. It is an opportunity for me to create a menu inspired by my family, my origins and my childhood memories… Mauro Colagreco says.
