The offered steak cuts on the menu are form Switzerland, Uruguay, Canada, Scotland and Australia. The customer has the choice to choose between grass-fed and grain-fed beef to allow yourself a judgement which type of feeding tastes better to you. Beef Geneve works also together with renowned butcher Frères Metzger from Paris to put the best meat available on the menu.
The steaks are cooked to perfection on Josper Grill with gives the meat this special flavour and are served medium-rare.
