The whole team is driven by a passion for good meat and sustainably produced products. You can feel the passion for the precious product meat as soon as you enter the restaurant. The interior design and the menu reflect uncompromising quality and a focus on the essentials. No superfluous chi-chi but a focus on what makes an excellent steak restaurant. The offered steak cuts on the menu are form Switzerland, Uruguay, Canada, Scotland and Australia. The customer has the choice to choose between grass-fed and grain-fed beef to allow yourself a judgement which type of feeding tastes better to you. Beef Geneve works also together with renowned butcher Frères Metzger from Paris to put the best meat available on the menu.
The steaks are cooked to perfection on Josper Grill with gives the meat this special flavour and are served medium-rare.
