The restaurant is located in the Louis Hotel, one of the leading individually managed premium boutique hotels in Munich. As it is not far to your hotel room, you can get to know the excellent bar and wine list extensively.
During our tasting we could convince ourselves of the perfect preparation of different cuts - corn finished and wet aged US Chuck Flap and a locally sourced grass fed and dry aged Porterhouse from the Galloway breed reared in Austria.
