One of the culinary in-places of this world - not only because of its sexy location directly on the beach in José Ignacio. Being a guest at La Huella gives you a very special feeling, as there are only a few places like this, left in this world.
Dinner is often only an accompanying but nevertheless important element at this destination - and what they bring on the plate is always immaculate.
Our choice was a grass-fed and corn-finished Ribeye on the bone from the local Hereford/Angus breed. The Ribeye together with a fantastic Chimichurri made it to a very simple but yet perfect experience. P.S. don´t miss the local Uruguayan reds.
