One of the culinary in-places of this world - not only because of its sexy location directly on the beach in José Ignacio. Being a guest at La Huella gives you a very special feeling, as there are only a few places like this, left in this world. Club 55 in St. Tropez is may be one of those places.

Dinner is often only an accompanying but nevertheless important element at this destination - and what they bring on the plate is always immaculate.

Our pick was a grass-fed and corn-finished Ribeye on the bone from the local Hereford/Angus breed. The Ribeye together with a fantastic Chimichurri made it to a very simple but yet perfect experience. P.S. don´t miss the local Uruguayan reds.
