A new to us exciting meat address in the capital of Denmark. Informal, French inspired atmosphere interior paired with excellently prepared steak cuts from leading breeders in Spain, Uruguay and Denmark.
Including the "old cow beef" from Txogitxu which we have been following closely for many years. Due to its high fat content it does not always meet the taste of guests outside Spain. In this case, however, it was excellently and medium rare cooked by Chef Anders and his ambitious team.
The dry aged Ribeye reared in Denmark served with a well done homemade Sc. Béarnaise was an excellent choice that we would gladly re-order.
Also the inspiring wine list with positions of international benchmark wineries makes great joy.
