The Louis Grill Room - new owners same quality ?
The restaurant is prominentely situated at the Viktualienmarkt, one of the most beautiful places and meeting point for epicureans from all over the world.
Louis Grill Room is part of the Louis Hotel, one of the leading individually managed premium boutique hotels in Munich.
During our tasting we could convince ourselves of the solid preparation of different cuts i.e. a locally sourced grass fed and dry aged Ribeye. Worth a try - the roasted cauliflower steak for the non-carnivores.
The new team cannot yet continue the earlier performance of Tobias Peyerl and his team but we are confident that this will happen soon.
