At the heart of the kitchen lies a hand-built wood oven and a Josper charcoal grill, both instrumental in imparting a distinctive smoky depth to each steak. The menu showcases a curated selection of cuts, including the 1.2kg Bistecca alla Fiorentina, 650g Rib-eye on the bone and the 200g Wagyu Eye Fillet MB 4+. Each steak is meticulously cooked to highlight the meat’s natural flavours and tenderness.

Complementing the steaks are a range of sauces and butters, such as the black truffle butter and green peppercorn with Cognac, enhancing the dining experience. Sides like Parmesan-crusted onion rings and truffle mac & cheese further elevate the meal.
